Tamara Varona

I am a mother of 3 sons and a wife of 25+yrs. Born and raised in New York City, I was always fascinated by the way people sped through their days barely noticing the beauty around them.  I’ve always looked at the world differently, finding beauty in places and things where others would just pass on by. Constantly seeing others in need, I hoped that someday I would be able to impact others lives for the better.  I found my answer when I walked into my first yoga class, in my mid 40s, and it changed my life.

Since then, under the guidance and teaching of some amazing instructors (to whom I am eternally grateful), my passion and practice has evolved. Meditation and yoga have brought peace and balance into my life.  My heart and my eyes will forever be open to new possibilities.

I began teaching Hatha yoga in 2019 after becoming an RYT200 through New World Wellness in Florida. I am also certified in Yoga Nidra. I am on the path to further my teachings of yoga and meditation.

My passion is to help others and share my teachings with the world.

Allison Sackett

Hello, my name is Allison— I’m forever a student of life, a teacher, a dreamer, a human-being, a lover of all things living, a healing healer, a mother, a partner, a friend, a tree hugging nature lover, a born and raised Floridian, an adventurer, a traveler, a wanderer, a music lover, a star gazing moon child, a photographer, a 200hr registered yoga instructor, I’m currently enrolled in a clinical herbalists certificate program and a former hair stylist.

About 10 yrs. ago I came across my first yoga class and I’ve never been the same since. So, I decided in 2015 that I wanted to embark on the journey to receive my 200hr yoga teacher training certification with Craig and Nicole Costello. Making that decision was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. Yoga has taught so many things, but most importantly to love every bit of my-self. I’m so incredibly thankful for this beautiful, magical practice and where it has brought me, and what it has taught me- yoga is the answer, y’all! Hope to see you on your mat!

Marilyn Diaz

She completed her training with the loving and gifted couple, Nicole Georgi-Costello and Craig Costello at New World Wellness in February 2018. Marilyn has been in the health and wellness industry since 2007 as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner. She traveled to Chiang Mai, Thailand in 2018 to study Thai Massage, also known as “The lazy man’s yoga”, at the prestigious Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai. In 2019 Marilyn was trained in Vibrational Sound Massage and Sound Healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls. Working with these ancient instruments have opened a new dimension of healing through the power of sound, vibration and intention. Becoming a yoga instructor was important to Marilyn since she has always expressed to her clients the importance of self care. Yoga is a form of myofascial massage, creating space in the body by lengthening muscle tissue, ligaments and tendons. She loves connecting with students during class by offering a healing touch to those who welcome it. What she wants students to remember most is that Yoga is an ever evolving practice so be patient, breathe and have fun on the journey.
